Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Allow 4-8 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping.

Please remember all our products are handcrafted so that we can provide you the best organic, plant-based, and natural products.

We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Monday-Friday. If orders are placed on a holiday we will ship orders out on the following business day. Once we receive your order you will receive an email confirmation; and once your order has been shipped we will send you an email including your order tracking information.

The term processing simply is referring to the time it takes for us to handcraft the products to get them ready for shipping.

We are a small business and do not ship any orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

If your order tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we suggest you address all issues with the United States Postal Service @ 1-800-275-8777.

Luxuriant Krowns will not be accountable for any packages that are delivered, and refunds will not be issued for a delivered package.
