All our sales are final unless Luxuriant Krowns is responsible for the error that has occurred. We will not provide any discounts or accept any returns for missed sales. Since everything is handcrafted for each customer we will not accept any returns. This keeps the integrity in the business relationship.

We charge a re-shipping fee for any orders that are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
REPLACEMENTS
If you receive your order and it is damaged, please reach out immediately. If your order has been received over two business days, we cannot resolve this issue. You will need you to send a photo of the damaged item(s) or package so that we can work collectively with the USPS to improve any shipping issues. Your help and patience are greatly appreciated.
